For those curious about my previous text post the last time I had a cold was back in January when there had been lots of Sherlock watching. As a result my congestion, fever and echolalia partied together and I spent a week accidentally sounding like Moriarty. Sawyer asked for a sample and this was the result.
There is also a part 2 which can be found here.

I’ve come down with a cold but this time I don’t sound like Moriarty, I just sound congested.

THE YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES NOVELS - REVIEW
While Sir Arthur Conan Doyle may be responsible for the creation of Sherlock Holmes, and the original fifty-six short stories and four novels, it’s an obvious and glaring statement of the enduring appeal of the character that he has been taken and refashioned into so many further adventures in film, television, and print. Just out in paperback is another example that ably demonstrates the characters flexibility – the fourth novel in author Andrew Lane’s Young Sherlock Holmes novel series.
I cannot express how much I adore this series. If I haven’t been able to persuade you to read them yet, maybe this post can!
